We're entering an era where one high-agency person can do the work that used to require a small team. AI doesn't eliminate the need for expertise, but it compresses the distance between idea and execution. That makes generalists more powerful, especially the ones with taste, work ethic, and genuine care. The advantage won't come from knowing a little about everything. It will come from being able to identify good problems, connect dots across disciplines, use AI as leverage, and ship.

Status: Seedling - an early idea about how AI changes the leverage of broad, high-agency people.
